Bringing Acupuncture Mainstream – One Talk at a Time

For your convenience, I’ve provided a round up of this week’s posts at the end of this commentary. We’re working on getting off the ground – One step at a time.

Thought for the Week

If you want to make sure your job gets done efficiently as a group, all participants need to have an opportunity to contribute their points of view, especially how their functions may interfere or help further to the goals of the other members.

However, it is still important that someone lead this discussion who has intimate knowledge of the purpose and goal of the task at hand so that the process does not take an unintended direction based on the whim of a secondary consideration.

The lion’s share of removing problematic members often needs to be done upfront when most people are unwilling to exercise judgment.

The old adage (modified) applies, people often end up making their own mistakes because they lack (or ignore) wise council or are kept in the dark by the conniving.

(A tangent thought….The Far Side: Ship of Fools / Car of Idiots) LOL
