How can Acupuncture help a Man’s Virility and Fertility?

There’s a lot the average man doesn’t know about his own factors in contributing to helping a woman get pregnant than the sex act. In reality, there are several long term practices that can help increase the odds of a couple to have children.

A man has his own sperm creation cycle that it’s helpful for him to understand to help promote a healthy pregnancy and therefore his own long term legacy and responsibility as a father. It’s important to get through the assumptions and the myths that, just because you can achieve an orgasm doesn’t mean you’ve prepared yourself for optimum sperm development. A man has to have some knowledge of what it takes to produce high quality micro-respresentations of himself with enough energy in those little activated sperm cells to get the job done.

Organism is the rocket launcher, but you still have to have a rocket with a full payload to get the job done. When you’ve got a mission to accomplish, you cannot use practice torpedoes or you can’t have your high-performance 8-cylinder fire-breathing engine running on 3 cylinders and low-octane gas.

Men have approximately a 3 month cycle that is responsible for sperm development, so a man must take a longer term attitude toward his health as a father in relation to the development of his sexual arsenal. Not to mention, the mother would also behoove herself to follow the general guidelines.

Lifestyle changes may include the careful consideration of the following: stress reduction, diet, mild regular exercise, eliminating smoking, the use of any kinds of prescription or non-prescription drugs, elimination of alcohol, and maybe learning some ideas of how to be romantic or otherwise being more sensitive to “the mood”.

It’s often the case that, although, for example, alcohol can raise the mood, it also reduces the ability for the sperm to move. It’s like the captain and the navigator have gone out to lunch.

Acupuncture can help assist many of these changes as well as helping facilitate the physical potential of the body by reducing pain from injuries and allowing more effective use of the body, particularly the lower body. Promoting the health of the whole body by reducing pain, increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation are all part of what Acupuncture can help accomplish.

Hope this helps your top-down look at how to look at fatherhood from a health stand point.
