DRIVING FATIGUE

You’ve been driving for many years now and lately it’s hard to get comfortable because you have this nagging ache or pain in your butt, leg, hip or back. Does the sound like you?

It’s highly likely that you are suffering from a certain case of long term driver’s body fatigue, where muscle tightness begins to manifest itself is nerve impinging problems.

A trip to the Acupuncturists can help bring immediate relief in many cases.

Something you can do that may bring some temporary relief is adjust your seat up so your leg is not as straight. This can relieve pressure on a particular nerve and reduce or remove numbness or pain sensation.

In any case of pain while driving, try to adjust your position, whether arm or leg, rest more often, have a regular stretching routine, reduce the amount of sugar and sugary foods, alcohol, smoking, greasy foods, all the stuff that seem easy to get addicted to.  However, reducing the intake of these things in your diet can reduce inflammation, hence, reduce pressure on nearby nerves.

Get treatment.  Acupuncture, massage, physical therapy, chiropractic can help break down the tightness in muscles, ligaments, and arthritic and toxic build-up conditions developing in all body tissues to help restore flexibility and blood circulation.
